Social media posting

Once you’ve connected your social accounts, your agent can draft and publish posts to X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok from a single conversation.

Just tell your agent what you want to say and where:

“Post this to LinkedIn: We just shipped native Telegram integration. 🚀”

Your agent will:

  1. Draft the post (adjusting tone for LinkedIn’s professional register)
  2. Show you the draft with a platform preview
  3. Wait for your approval
  4. Publish
  5. Give you the URL of the live post

“Announce our new feature on LinkedIn and X. LinkedIn should be 200-300 words, formal. X should be under 280 characters, casual and a bit playful.”

Your agent will draft TWO different posts — not a copy-paste — because the platforms have different audiences and norms. You approve each separately (or both together if you set auto mode).

From a file upload:

“Post this to Instagram with the image I’m about to upload.” (drop the image in the chat)

From your workspace:

“Use /workspace/marketing/launch-hero.png for the image. Post to LinkedIn.”

Generated:

“Create a simple quote card with the text ‘{your tagline}’ on our brand template and attach it to the X post.”

  • X threads — your agent can draft a thread of connected posts, not just single tweets
  • LinkedIn articles — for long-form, your agent can post a full article instead of a short update
  • TikTok captions with video — upload the video, describe the caption, your agent handles the rest

“Draft a LinkedIn post for tomorrow at 9am announcing the launch.”

Your agent can:

  • Schedule posts for specific times
  • Schedule posts in bulk (a content calendar for the week)
  • Use “best time” recommendations based on your audience’s engagement history

Scheduled posts go into the Scheduler tab where you can edit, pause, or delete them before they fire.

By default, all social posts require approval. In the Approvals queue you’ll see:

  • The full post text (per platform)
  • The attached media
  • A preview of what it’ll look like on the platform
  • Who the target account is (if you have multiple accounts)
  • Approve and Deny buttons

Deny lets you leave a note (“too long,” “change hashtags,” “not this one”) and your agent will revise and come back.

To post without approval, set the trust level per-platform in Settings → Agent → Agent Trust & Approvals. Most users keep X in approval mode (high risk of going viral unexpectedly) while allowing auto-posting for LinkedIn corporate updates.

Your agent can also watch your posts and flag things that need attention:

“Check engagement on my posts from this week. Flag any comments that need my reply.”

It’ll pull comment counts, flag negative or confused comments that might need a response, and highlight opportunities (someone asking “where can I buy this?” means they’re ready to buy).

Social posting is metered per billing cycle (not per day). Your monthly allowance is:

  • Standard — 150 posts/month
  • Pro — 300 posts/month
  • Trial — uses the Standard allowance during the trial window

If you need extra burst capacity for a specific campaign (product launch, thread batches, multi-account rollout), buy a social post credit pack from Settings → Integrations → Social post credits. One pack is 300 extra posts for $3.40, never expires, and stacks on top of your monthly allowance. Unused pack credits carry forward indefinitely and are only spent after your monthly allowance is exhausted.

Scheduled posts count when they actually publish, not when they’re scheduled — so queuing a week of content up front doesn’t spend any allowance until the posts go live.

  • Hashtag discipline — LinkedIn: 3-5 max. X: 1-2 max. Instagram: 5-15. TikTok: 3-5.
  • Emoji rules — LinkedIn: sparingly. X: situational. Instagram: liberal. TikTok: very liberal.
  • Link placement — LinkedIn: links hurt reach, your agent warns you. X: links are fine. Instagram: “link in bio” pattern.
  • Image dimensions — optimized per platform automatically.

You don’t have to know any of this — your agent handles it. But if you want to override the defaults, just say so: “I want 8 hashtags on every LinkedIn post, even though that’s unusual.”

“My post failed” — See Social post failed → Troubleshooting.

“Platform shows as disconnected” — Tokens expire or get revoked. Reconnect from Settings → Integrations → Social Media.

“I hit my monthly post limit” — Buy a social post credit pack from Settings → Integrations → Social post credits, or wait until the next billing cycle begins (the date shown on the card) — your monthly allowance resets automatically.
